- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of eight (8) years working experience in the gold mining industry. Preferably, 5 years must be in the level management position or higher.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) Electrical Engineer with Ten years working experience in the gold industry.6 of which must be in a middle level management position or higher.
- A good knowledge in electrical maintenance planning software and its implementation.
- In -depth knowledge in both heavy and light duty electrical installations including implementation and process control.
- A good knowledge in project engineering and operations.
- Must be conversant with electrical drawings and its interpretations.
- A team oriented professional.
- IT literate
